Kitchen There is a fully restored fitted kitchen at Harbour View with Hob, twin oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. For coffee connoisseurs there is an Espresso machine. Lounge The downstairs has underfloor heating throughout, which is wonderful to just kick off your shoes and relax on the extra comfortable leather sofas, where you can watch Television or watch the waves roll into the harbour with a glass a wine. Family and Children’s Games We have several family games at Harbour View for you to enjoy if the weather outside is being typically British. There is also a play station 2 in the 3rd bedroom, so if you have any “play station mad kids” they can be banished upstairs so that it does not interfere with relaxing family meals and chats downstairs. There are a few games at the cottage, or bring your favourites with you. We also fishing rods and crabbing which you are welcome to use or even challenge the family to a crabbing contest (we find bacon is what they prefer to munch)! Main Bedroom There is a main large double leather sleigh bed looking out to the harbour, also in the bedroom there is a CD/Radio that has some pre-set radio stations on FM/AM. Relax with a cup of tea in bed whilst gazing out to sea and waking up gently. Second Front Bedroom This cosy bedroom has a double leather bed and also a touch lamp. There is no switch so don’t start looking for one! Third Bedroom This has a single bed with another bed kept underneath which can be made up into a twin room. Downstairs Shower Room Accessed though an original stable door is the downstairs loo, with a luxurious and roomy power shower. There is also the washing machine in case the kids get through all their holiday clothes in the first two days! |
